Workout for optimal sexual pleasure

It’s helped to tighten up my pelvic floor muscles for more satisfying sexual experience. It has five different vibration settings. It’s easy to insert and is comfortable to use. It’s also waterproof as well. I can take it in the shower with me. It’s rechargeable with a usb cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Such an amazing little gadget!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, here it goes!! This little level trainer is unlike any I've seen before. I love that it doubles as a trainer and also a vibrator. When you have it in training mode, you insert, do your levels and if you are doing them correctly, your remote lights up!!! For people like me, that have issues of getting older and also having 3 different types of incontinence, this is a God send. I can strengthen the muscles and help get things back to where they were. Love that it's easy to use.

Easy to use

It was fully charged when it arrived, so I washed it with mild soap and water, read the instructions and got started. It was super easy to insert and use. The remote and lights made it easy to see if it was working. I've been using this for 2 weeks and I've noticed stronger muscles already.

What You Need to Workout Your Pelvic Floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We work out our arms and legs, but as women, after having kids, we don’t really think about working out our pelvic floor, but this is so necessary, especially if you’ve had multiple kids. Things loosen too much down there for many of us and this can have a huge impact on how we feel about ourselves and even how we are in our relationships. Which brings me to my point that having a kegel trainer is a must. This plusOne trainer is excellent. It’s comfortable, made with quality materials, and easy to use. It’s a no-fuss device that offers a lot in terms of keeping your pelvic core strong, tight, and healthy!

It has 5 play mode settings also. It is soft and smooth for easy insertion. Also comes with a storage bag.

Having this kegel trainer has helped me with leakage, especially when jumping or running. I’m glad to have this as another tool in my toolbox to help get my body back to a healthier stage! It has a slight learning curve when inserting but once it is in it is very comfortable. The hardest part is just convincing yourself to get it and use it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
