First time trying a kegel trainer, decent find

I liked it overall but thought it was a little too sensitive at times - for example the lights would go up even when not being fully in practice. Overall a good find.

My wife and I decided to purchase this for both sexual pleasure, but also for her pelvic muscles. Man this is amazing at both. Highly recommend this to any female to strengthen pelvic muscles, and sexual pleasure.

This little guy is beyond perfect! I absolutely love the fact the lights indicate not only your progress, it also tells you if you're doing it right. The different vibration settings are definitely a plus! That in itself, makes me more eager to do the exercises more often.The stronger my kegel gets, the more intense the vibration feels. I also love that its discreet. I can pop it in anywhere and it helps relieve stress in the process. There is one con...I can use the device 1 time for about 5 min and the battery dies. The first couple times I thought I didnt push the button hard enough to turn it off. It turns out that I bought a defective unit. I will be purchasing another one. Overall, a MUST HAVE for EVERY woman.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm 5ft 3in and weigh 140lbs. I felt the item was a little small, and the vibration was too soft, even on the highest setting. However, at the end of the day, it still helps with kegel exercises. I love the discreet bag you store it in.
