Why did I wait so long to buy!

I recently purchased this, after struggling with slight prolapse and slight urine leakage after having 3 children. I have always been extremely self-conscious of it especially during intercourse but since using this product I have noticed a big change. It is easy to insert and very discreet. If somebody is standing next to you and you are using it they cannot hear the vibration. I have noticed I am no longer suffering from pelvic pain during intercourse, and the little bit of bulge that I did have is almost completely gone. More women should try this, especially after what our bodies go through having children. I am so thankful I finally gave it a try. I have also noticed, an increase in my sex drive, but I’m not sure if it is because I am no longer so insecure down there. Do yourself a favor, if you are reading reviews, trying to decide whether or not to buy it, and do it!

It's Okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] plusOne is my favorite brand for intimacy products. Using this product as a trainer, it is great. I love that it lights up on the control to show the progress. I also really like the different vibration settings that it has programmed in. I've been wanting a remote controlled toy for a while now, and was so excited to see that plusOne now has one. The vibrations are amazing. However, I deduced a star because even fully charged, the remote needs to be super close to the unit, or it resets. Usually when it resets, so does the vibration (going back to #1). I wasn't keeping the remote far - maybe at my chest? but for it to work, I had to keep it on my thigh. Manageable, but slightly annoying. I'm still going to use this product and enjoy it immensely, but it's not as amazing as I had hoped for it to be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing product!!!!

My boyfriend picked this up for me because I urinate frequently & thought this would help out. So I gave it a try and he definitely made the right decision when he purchased this product. It not only strengthened my pelvic floor muscles so I don't urinate as frequently but it also feels incredible while doing the training. It is small & with a cute silky bag to carry it right in your purse without anyone seeing it. I can't wait to try another plusOne product.

Postpartum Journey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to use this for my postpartum journey instead of my prenatal journey. For my first pregnancy I was good at remembering to do my kegels but for my second pregnancy I completely forgot. Now, we all know that pregnancies are all different but for this pregnancy I felt my pelvic floor getting weaker with every time I drank too much water. I also kept forgetting to do my kegels.
Some things I like about the trainer is that it has a little baggie to put it away. And how the manual not only explains how to take care of it and such but it has information about kegels. It's also easy to charge and the material is soft.

Better than expected

I have never tried such products but after having kids, I want to strengthen my pelvic floors without going overboard. This product does this for me. It isn't intimidating like others. It is easy to use and straightforward. There are different levels of vibrations as you try to do the Kegel exercise with it. It is easy to clean and store. My husband likes the result more than me, so that says something. I definitely recommend this.

But I couldn’t tell ya if it’s strengthening anything. I guess it is bc I don’t have accidents every time I sneeze anymore so yay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw this I was a little skeptical about if it would work but I had been looking for a way to tighten my muscles back up cause I can notice a difference as I get older. Let me tell you I'm glad i tried it. To start it was pretty easy to understand how to use and easy to insert and remove. I love that there is a indicator that tells you how strong your muscles are so you can tell if it's working. I have been doing it for a few weeks now and I am starting to noticing a difference. I would recommend giving it a go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item works as intended. It have 6 different modes you can put it on. There is a training mode and 5 different vibration settings to utilize. You cycle through these modes by pressing the power button on the remote. The trainer comes with very clear instructions on how to turn on and position it, including pictures if you're a visual learner. It details what will happen when you use the trainer for your kegel exercises and the different things you can use it for- stamina, strength, etc. But it didn't tell me any details on how to perform the exercises. As someone new to kegel trainers/exercises, I found myself fumbling a bit on how exactly to perform the exercises. But the item itself works well once you know how to use it. When performing your exercises, the remote will light up with a series of lights depending on the intensity that you are using. It is really helpful to have a physical representation of what you're doing.
The remote has a very small range to it. I could not move it more than 1 foot away without it disconnecting from the trainer. It's not necessarily a bad thing, simply something to keep in mind.
I would say this trainer is a great tool for someone who has a basic knowledge of kegel exercises.
