Love this so far!

I bought this to help me strengthen my pelvic muscles. I’ve just started using it but easy to use. The control exercises are the most difficult but hopefully will get easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Helped me get back control of my bladder & pleases

The kegal trainer helped me get back control of my bladder and it was also fun to use intimately... My husband loves that he gets control of the remote and acts as my kegal trainer coach!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having issues with urinary incontinence after my kiddos were born so when I found this I got excited for so many reasons. Obviously, this can be used for pleasure but mostly I started doing the kegel exercises and I have noticed a huge difference over the last 4 months. Thank you to Plusone for putting a remote in the box!
