[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plusOne kegel trainer is both excellent for strengthening your pelvic floor and pleasurable. The device is easy to use and the trainer easily pairs to the remote. Lighting on the remote allows you to assess the strength of your pelvic floor. The trainer also has different vibration modes that are really lovely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently received the PlusOne kegal trainer. It's cute, small and easy to use. Comes with cute little remote and a two way charger for the unit and remote. Very handy for charging everything at once. Also came with a bag to store it in. So far it works great with no issue. Long term time will tell if it will fix some of the Kegal issues I face, but in the mean time it's sure fun to try and fix them. Give it a try!
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I've done them for a long time for general pelvic floor health and all that good stuff, now I can have a better barometer for success. Very cool!

I think its working too (to train my pelvic) I also love the packaging!

Not only does it have a smooth exterior and a stay in place design it’s super easy to remove and even easier to use. It has a light indicator that shows you just how strong your muscles are and how strong you are squeezing. It also includes a remote and bonus storage bag, which is always appreciated. Multiple levels of vibration, easy to attach magnetic charging adapters and its fully water proof. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyable to use

The charger port has two connections so the remote and trainer can be charged at the same time. It also only takes about an hour to charge. There are lights on the remote that light up when doing kegels to show how strong the kegels are and if they are being done correctly. There are different vibrating options available as well but I don't really use those often. Cleaning and storage are simple and easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
