I bought this yesterday. I've been wanting to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and this helps me too know I'm doing the exercise right. The vibrations are an added plus.

Good Kegal Trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this kegel trainer about a month ago. Initially I had some issues with both pieces pairing but after a full charge, they paired with no problems. I like that the remote reflects the intensity of the kegel, as that metric can be difficult to identify. I have tried to hold it at a certain point for several seconds and then release. I feel like this is a gentle way to work my pelvic floor. I hope to see some strength continue to develop as I continue to use it. My only critique is that the charging module is very unique and I'm nervous how difficult it might be to replace it if it broke or was lost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Pelvic Floor Strenght Trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical when I received this product and didn't think it would work. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It's works very well with kegel exercises. It stays in place and dfall out. I like that it measures how strong your muscles are by lighting up the remote so you can see if your muscles are working. I like that you can use in the bath tub and helps with intimacy.. Love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s easy to use, but effective for strengthening my pelvic floor. I try to use it regularly, per the instructions, to get maximum effect. It’s been quite easy to use in the morning.
