[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product to use for pelvic floor. Since having 3 children my muscles have gotten weaker! This has helped so much already in the few weeks I’ve had it. I used to not even be able to jump on a trampoline without having leaks! If you’ve had kids you know exactly what I mean! This has already helped train my muscles back to where they need to be
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having 3 large headed children my pelvic floor has been in desperate need of strengthening. Even so I was quite skeptical about whether this would work. I have been really surprised and happy with the plusOne Kegal trainer though. It is easy to use and place. I found it stayed in well. I love the lights to show your strength and to help you get stronger! The magnetic USB charge is super easy and handy to use. If you need to strengthen your pelvic floor I would definitely reccomend this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tighter kegels is happening

At first it was a bit complicated because keeping your vagina tighten is complex but after some practice you're able to do the exercise a bit longer. It gives you an idea on how tightening your working and just being consistent really helps.
