Whoa! LOVE IT!!!

My GREENWORKS ZTR was delivered today. The ONLY complaint was getting it off the packing frame. That was a horrible experience that resulted in unnecessary damage. That part needs to be re-evaluated!
After that, it did everything I needed and then some. The yard that used to take four hours to push was totally done in 20 minutes. Holy crap! The power and speed is phenomenal. And, it is extremely quiet in comparison to all the neighbors' mowers. ;)
I also love the idea that I can haul stuff around the yard, throw a snow blade on it, and light up what I'm mowing when it should be too dark to mow. Oh, and the fact that I'll never have to carry a can of gasoline in a vehicle again (or, even have to make a run to the convenience store for gas, mid-mow) is fantastic as well. Definitely a happy camper here! Buy it. You won't regret it!

Love this mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting season 2 with this mower. I mow appx 3 acres. I have 762 hours logged. It takes me about 3 hours to mow the entire acreage. I use 3 batteries at a time, and charge 3 batteries. This way, I always have battery power. When I used 6 batteries, I had to stop to recharge before I was finished. I have a spare set of blades that I keep sharpened. Changed them once last summer after hitting a few ticks. Will change them at least once this year. Love that I can wear my regular headphones while blades are engaged. I pull a heavy duty utility cart when doing yard work. Use the little storage area in the back when picking up trash and road debris while mowing as well as twigs and branches. We have other Green Works tools and are looking to add even more

The only complaint i have was getting the mower to register on the app, not sure if it was that had to wait for mower to fully wake up or that the serial number is case sensitive or if bu open support ticket cleared something so that next try it finally registered

Good luck finding replacement blades

Good look finding replacement blades. Even the parts department can’t figure out the part number for the blades. Don’t hit anything, will probably be a few years before you can find replacement blades.

The part number for the blade is R0203256-00. To purchase, please Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934.
In the meantime, the blades may be sharpened! Touch-up sharpening can be done with a file. Check the blades for balance following grinding. A commercial balancing tool is available through most
hardware supply stores, or balancing can be done by placing the blade on an inverted line punch or 1/2" bolt. The blade should not lean or tilt. While spinning the blade slowly, it should not wobble. If the blade is out of balance, tune it up before reinstalling. Lay the blade on a flat surface and check for distortion. Replace any distorted blade.

You may also take this to a qualified technician to complete this task.

Be Aware: Stated "Expert Setup" is not Provided. See attached screen shot. A pallet is delivered by FedEx, but GreenWorks does not actually provide Expert Setup of the hardware. You will need to build the unit yourself. This is un-ethical marketing.

This is not our intention. Greenworks CRT/CRZ units do not arrive fully assembled. Greenworks does offer the "White Glove" service at an extra cost and must be purchased at time of ordering the unit.

White Glove Service provides the follow:

Delivery to customer's driveway or garage (not stairs).
Preassembled (unpack, debris removal, and assembly in hub).

Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days (rural areas may take longer).
Drop off time: 30mins.

I can’t say enough good things about this mower. I hate to do yard work but using this mower makes it fun,it’s a pleasure to use. I have had it a couple months now and I love it. You can use it without hearing protection it’s so quiet. I had a cub cadet 42” hydrostatic drive before and I don’t know if it’s the blade design or the blade speed but it cuts so much better then the Cub Cadet. This is a great product. I hope to get many years of use from this mower. Thanks Greenworks 👍👍👍
