[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor warranty would have settled just for a part that broke almost as soon as I use it. The very first time. Wanted me to drive 100 miles to a service center when all I needed was a part on a brand new machine.

Some issues can be tricky to diagnose over the phone as issues can present in different ways. The repair shop will do a diagnostic and determine what is wrong with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was reluctant to buy one of these mowers, but I realized that it will make mowing so much less of a chore and I would be able to mow the lawn even if I strained my back. It could also help me haul things around my yard. I have mowed with it 4 times now, and it can do my 1/2 acre 2-1/2 times on a charge. It is actually fun to use and makes mowing easy and less of a chore. I love it.

Powerful mower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the CRZ426 a week ago and did one full mowing. I'm super impressed with the power of this mower. I got 1hr17min run time out of the 4 provided batteries running on the high speed blades and low speed driving but with lots of hills. Overall the cut quality was very good and I was using the mulching cover. It took a little while to get used to the zero turn controls as this was my first time using one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
