Clean cuts, maximum precision, and long run-time

After moving from a traditional ride-on mower, it took a couple mows to learn how to maneuver the zero-turn, but it's now truly amazing how this mower can move with such precision. The adjustable blade and drive speeds are great features, and the position of the mower deck on the vehicle makes sure that I don't scalp any part of the hills/dips in my yard. I picked up the bagger as well for a clean lawn and it's great. Sound is so much lower than gas, and the seat with arms is so much more comfortable than what I had with the green/yellow brand of ride on that I used to have.

Have only had the mower for about a month; have been impressed so far by a number of things. The product arrived quickly, but it was a bit daunting at the thought of “some assembly required”. However, all the tools needed were supplied, and it went together much quicker than I expected. Instructions were clear except for how to put the mulching attachment on. Batteries charged quickly, and I have been able to mow my sizable yard without recharging yet. Definitely recommend the slow speed for people not used to driving a zero turn mower- there is a learning curve!

Very Sturdy, alot better than I expected, I cut just about .75 acres and have 57% battery left. Took a few minutes to get the hang of the zero turn bars. Charger works well, but need to put them in numerical order to avoid error codes. Be careful when ejecting batteries or you might lose a finger nail. All in all, I would highly recommend this unit if you are considering a zero turn mower.

Pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the mower; from the quite hum of the brushless engines and smooth ride to the stress free reassurance of no more seasonal maintenance on a gas engines, replacement of belts, or oil changes. low battery

The mower cuts well, but we only have a 1/4 acre, and the batteries lose 50% of their charge. We keep the grass low and mow 2 to 3 times weekly so it's not thick.
Pros: Convenient
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing shorter than normal runtime.
For best results users should:
1) Mow when the grass is dry.
2) Mow in the morning or late afternoon to reduce the heat stress on the newly cut grass.
3) Alternate mowing patterns each time you mow. As grass develops a grain based on your cutting direction it will lean towards the direction of your mowing path. Changing the pattern allows better vertical growth and helps to keep the cut neater.
4) Consider mulching. To mulch, remove the bag and insert the mulch plug into the rear of the unit. This will leave the clippings on the lawn allowing the nutrients and nitrogen contained within them to return to the soil and allow the remaining grass to recycle them (always discharge the mulch towards a previously cut area to prevent your mower from bogging down).
5) Always keep in mind what conditions your variety of grass prefers. If your grass prefers cooler climates, reduce the frequency with which you mow and increase the cutting height of your mower during hot seasons to compensate for the reduced growth rate these varieties may experience in this type of weather.
6) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.
Lastly it is worth noting, lawn mower that provides more than one battery ports; it is recommend using all batteries for optimal runtime. This unit requires all six (6) batteries for optimal runtimes.

Quiet, plenty of power, good cut, and fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At least as powerful as the gas equivalent that this mower replaced. So quiet that you hear the rattling of the deck over rough terrain. I LOVE not having to deal with the gas, noise, and wondering if my mower will start every season. This thing just works, and well. And it is FAST. Cut is great with both the mulching blades and the high lift blades. The high lift blades use a considerable amount more power. With the mulching blades I can cut my 0.5 acre lawn 3-4 times at high speed using just 4 of the batteries. I keep the other two on the charger to use with my weed eater and blower.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
