Works great, came with 1 dead battery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lawnmower itself works well so far, however GreenWorks sent me 1 dead battery. This makes me question their Qaulity Checks. I will come back to update review if there are other issues discovered in the next few months.

Great product, can't get replacement blades

This worked great until I hit a rock and needed a replacement blades. According to the service line, they are back-ordered out to a month, making this very expensive purchase useless for a good portion of the summer. Great products should be serviceable in a timely manner.

In the meantime, the blades may be sharpened! Touch-up sharpening can be done with a file. Check the blades for balance following grinding. A commercial balancing tool is available through most
hardware supply stores, or balancing can be done by placing the blade on an inverted line punch or 1/2" bolt. The blade should not lean or tilt. While spinning the blade slowly, it should not wobble. If the blade is out of balance, tune it up before reinstalling. Lay the blade on a flat surface and check for distortion. Replace any distorted blade.
You may also take this to a qualified technician to complete this task.

Love this mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these for an "on the side" mowing business. I have had a competitors gas zero turn and a competitors battery and neither were as good as this mower. Handles very well, cuts very nice at top speeds and is very durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one mowing of 2 acres I am impressed. We mowed the whole yard including some tall grass in the road ditch without any major issues. Did get stuck once and was able to work free. First time with a zero turn and there were a few learning curves. Suggest a first time rider keep the speed to low for any tight areas (in my case along a farm fence).
Very nice mower.

go performance bu troublesome steering

we bought this mower last summer and it has been excellent and the size of our lawn does not affect the mower. the only problem is we have a super hilly lawn and lots of trees. so trying to steer going downhill is a nightmare because the mower won't turn right it will only turn left when going down the hill. otherwise, the mower does excellent very where else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It cuts well and I love that it has a little bed in the back that I can put a pair of gloves to help with clearing any debris in my way. I also like using the bed for moving some heavier objects. Would recommend this mower to anyone.

This is Awesome!!
Get my lawn done quicker than with my old green and yellow tractor. Uses less than half a full charge to get it done. The cutting deck has an extra half inch up, which is good. .
When I finish my lawn , my wife says I've got a big smile on my face. Yep, I'm pleased.
