Worked until it didn't. Warranty process awful

Be careful ordering this mower. I bought it in May 2024. At the end of last mowing season, it no longer would move, providing 3 error codes. It has been in the Greenworks authorized service center since Nov. 2 for a warranty repair and is not repaired. I am doubtful that it ever will be repaired. Based on my experience, I would advise buying something from a different manufacturer.
