[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this 5 stars if the assembly instructions were complete. I installed everything has instructed, yet when I went to operate the mover the blades would not turn on. In the display was the code for a loose connector or bad controller. I wished for a loose connector; however, what I found when I removed the rear cover was that the connectors were very loose, they were not attached at all. After connecting both plugs and reassembling the rear cover, the mower blades started. I'm happy with the performance of the mower. I'ver cut the yard 5 times now and I'm happy with the battery life as well.

Our property slopes, with many areas that have slope exceeding the 15 degree maximum, so the mower gets out of control when I try to drive on these slopes. It is not engineered for slopes, so it performs as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this mow was delivered, the left blade was spinning backwards because it was not wired properly. It was a hassle finding the problem. Greenworks seems to have good products, but is very weak on support.

Excellent power and turning capabilities along with long lasting batteries to get the job done. Fast chargers help to get you powered up fast. Cleaning it up is a breeze and the ride is super comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this mower about 2 months now and so far I'm very happy with it. No exhaust smells, no gas, no spark plugs, etc. Just keep it clean and go! Cuts really nicely, my yard looks like it's been professionally done. Super power, so be aware of that when driving it! Don't run into things! Also really quiet for a mower, even with the blades on high. The "trunk" on the back has been super handy for hauling smaller things around the yard, and if needed, I can still fit a 5 gallon bucket between my feet to haul more items (not that I recommend you do this). I'm making a point to care for the batteries as those are quite expensive, and I try to bring them inside each time so they don't sit in the hot garage. I've never used a zero turn, so my first mow with it was a bit of a challenge, but by time I had about 4 mows in I have it down. My initial experience with this mower has been great. I hope it remains that way!
