The quality of the cut is amazing and I love the zero turn capability. The turning handles is a bit sensitive but doesn't affect the overall cutting experience. I have an incline hill in the backyard and this mower has no issue to drive up and down with even cut. I like the push buttons for blade speed and driving speed control because I can make the mowing selections swiftly. The run time of the battery is great, with less than a half acre, I usually have 60% to spare with low blade and driving speed.
A couple of negative points with this mower:
1. Quality: The blade stopped working toward the end of the first cut and I was surprised to see it happened to an new mower. I called customer support with fault code and found out I need to replace right blade controller module. I received the part from Greenworks within 3 days and installation was effortless.
2. Charging: Not able to charge all 6 batteries concurrently. Circuit breaker trips if you do.
I have a mixed feeling with the mower initially, but I started enjoying it. I own a battery powered dual motor Greenworks push mower and I used to mow and bag it each time, sometimes I have to wait for additional battery to be re-charged again and finish the mow when grass is too tall. The benefit of owing a riding mower is tremendous in my case. I was able to finish the cut less than 35 minutes without bagging comparing to ~2 hours with push mower, and the cut is even. My push mower always leave a trail of mohawk when grass is taller.
Final thought: this mower is fast with smooth cut and I would recommend it.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

I bought the zero turn back in April 2023. I had ankle surgery in March and by the time I was able to get out a little bit. This has save me a lot of aggravation. I have 2 acres and my garden is far away. Not being able to walk good. I park my mower I garage . I use it like a motorized wheel chair every day. The front hitch is great. I have a trailer hooked up. I can drive around , pick up sticks or cut low branches and put in trailer . Since my garden so far from water outlet. I put barrel on trailer. Use my 60 v greenwork inverter. Small pump plugged in. I can spray flowers and vegetables within an hour. Saving me from having to walk. Totally satisfied with all my greenwork products
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this z turn for about 6 months. Bottom line up front.. This mower has proven to be the most productive, easiest to use and best cutting riding mower I've owned or used. Some but not all the pros: no gas, no belts no major maintenance, cuts great and it looks good. Very few Cons but here a some minor irritant: The mower is a little light in the butt, making difficult but not impossible to negotiate some hills without the rear end slipping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome mower, easily mows entire yard with more then half of battery capacity remaining. Had to add 90 pound weight to back of mower to avoid wheel spin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered direct from manufacturer. Took it a little longer than I hoped, but understandable due to where I live. Powered it up after some quick required assembly. Only issue was trying to plug all 3 chargers in at the same time kicked a breaker so had to stagger charging spots to different locations. Mower is fast, cuts great, and quiet. I’m satisfied so far.

Easy to use, but batteries don't last.

Recommend paying for white glove with delivery.
Easy to assemble but not to get it off the pallet. I have 7/10 of an acre, with 4 fully charged batteries, but it was only able to cut 1/2 the lot. Taking a break while batteries recharge. Going from 24 year old gas zero turn, gas powered 48 inch cut, to this zero turn. Old mower handles much better, better rear tires and steering. Greenworks seat is much more comfortable, and cuts well. Greenworks is much quieter and no need to wear protective ear gear. Instructions need improvement as some options and buttons are not covered, but figured it out. Happy with product so far, just need to get used to it after having the other for so many years.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet
