I’ll admit, the error code the mower threw after one donut in the driveway scared me. But I was impressed at the transparency and immediate attention I got after emailing customer service. Made themselves available after hours to help get the code cleared. Simple really. Then back on and mowing. Simple operation, convenient carryall in the back, easy assembly and no gasoline/burnt oil smell when I got done. Only 4 acres in so far but enjoyable. I hated mowing grass until I got the Greenworks zero turn 42”.

This mower is easy to use, great fun, and works great. It would be nice if the grass chute was easier to take off when using the mulcher attachment, the chute has a hinge pin with a one time use star washer retainer, this could be switched out for a bolt and nut.
Also, the battery chargers would be improved if they could be wall mounted, and each charger is 10 amp rated, so pay attention to what circuit you run them on. I havent tried it, but if you ran all 3 on one circuit it should trip your 15or 20 amp breaker.
Would be very cool if there is an aftermarket suspension seat available.

Strong powerful mower. I run the blade at high speed, always with the mulcher attachment. For the sections of my yard that I do not mow by had, this mower uses about 30% of the charge. One note, the charge available may not be linear. Meaning if you use up the first 30% in x number of mowing minutes, that does not mean you can mow again for that number of minutes, on a single charge. I have not set up the phone app. for a more critical study/review, I know where my mower is.
