Good look finding replacement blades. Even the parts department can’t figure out the part number for the blades. Don’t hit anything, will probably be a few years before you can find replacement blades.

The part number for the blade is R0203256-00. To purchase, please Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934.
In the meantime, the blades may be sharpened! Touch-up sharpening can be done with a file. Check the blades for balance following grinding. A commercial balancing tool is available through most
hardware supply stores, or balancing can be done by placing the blade on an inverted line punch or 1/2" bolt. The blade should not lean or tilt. While spinning the blade slowly, it should not wobble. If the blade is out of balance, tune it up before reinstalling. Lay the blade on a flat surface and check for distortion. Replace any distorted blade.
You may also take this to a qualified technician to complete this task.

Be Aware: Stated "Expert Setup" is not Provided. See attached screen shot. A pallet is delivered by FedEx, but GreenWorks does not actually provide Expert Setup of the hardware. You will need to build the unit yourself. This is un-ethical marketing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns! We are sorry if it seems the information was hidden or that you may have been confusion by the description while purchasing the lawn mower. This is not our intention. Greenworks CRT/CRZ units do not arrive fully assembled. Greenworks does offer the "White Glove" service at an extra cost and must be purchased at time of ordering the unit.
White Glove Service provides the follow:
Delivery to customer's driveway or garage (not stairs).
Preassembled (unpack, debris removal, and assembly in hub).
Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days (rural areas may take longer).
Drop off time: 30mins.
It's worth noting assembly is quite simple and can take up to 120 minutes to complete. Here are a few YouTube videos for reference.

I can’t say enough good things about this mower. I hate to do yard work but using this mower makes it fun,it’s a pleasure to use. I have had it a couple months now and I love it. You can use it without hearing protection it’s so quiet. I had a cub cadet 42” hydrostatic drive before and I don’t know if it’s the blade design or the blade speed but it cuts so much better then the Cub Cadet. This is a great product. I hope to get many years of use from this mower. Thanks Greenworks 👍👍👍

The cutting is very even and the mower will run faster than I care to ride it!! Tall grass doesn't cause the blades to bog down at all. Battery life is fantastic. My property is fairly flat and one acre in size. This machine mows the entire yard and still has 76% battery life left. It's quiet (no hearing protection necessary) and POWERFUL. I'm so glad I decided on this mower.

I love my CrossoverZ Zero Turn Lawn Mower! I’m already comfortable with the zero turn feature but there’s definitely a learning curve to knowing the proper height for your grass. I got the bagging kit too, which again, learning curve. If the grass is ever so damp/wet it will get stuck in the chute. First time (messing with this) mowing my one acre took 6.5 hours. Second time with many adjustments, I did it all in 1 hour!!! The batteries have lasted and are heavy but function great. Only forewarning is the amount of power it takes to plug in all 3 units to charge them up. (I may or may not have blown my fuse to my shed a couple of times) As I mentioned, learning curve but this far I am very happy with my (extremely expensive) purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 60V Zero Turn mower a few weeks ago. I have less than 1/2 acre to mow but many bushes and plants in the lawn to mow around. It took me some time to get used to the steering- no fault of Greenworks. I don't think I would ever get 2 1/2 acres out of one battery load. Still, I am very happy with the new toy.
