Cuts great, handles well. Going from forward to reverse seems a little slow to engage, but basically OK. Mowing in reverse takes getting used to as you have to hold the button the whole time. if the intention is safety, keeping one hand engaged that way instead of steering seems counterintuitive. Overall a winner and would definitely buy again. Would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. I don't give 5 stars very easily but its close.

Powerful mowing with long lasting batteries

I've had about a month and replaced a self-propelled 21" gas mower. I'm amazed how fast and quietly I can mow my yard. I love it. It makes mowing fun again instead of a dreaded chore. I would highly recommend to anyone. Batteries recharge in 90 minutes or less so far!

I was very impressed with the whole purchasing and mowing experience. Untilthe shoulder strap on the battery bag broke causing the bag to fall with the batteries hitting the floor.
Should I be concerned about battery life or safety (fire risk)
