Surface cracked within 2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product but unfortunately within 2 years I watched the flattop as began to crack across the burners. All I did was, turn on a burner. Nothing was ever dropped on it. Warrenty didn't last long at all and so I have yet to replace this item

Works as expected. Much better than previous touch-screen cooktop which was a different brand.

I love my glasses cook top. I hated the old burners and trays. I've been using it since January and have no issues so far.
