Had to replace our GE and decided to stay with the GE do not product reliability. So we purchased the GE Profile PEP7036DT1BB. Installing was very easy to understand and execute. GE has all was been our preferred chose.

We updated our 22 yr old GE Profile cooktop after we lost our second burner. I am impressed by the speed of heating and temperature control. Wifi is a nice feature. Install was straight forward. I goes easier with 2 people. Dimensions for depth are not accurate on most big box ads. Be aware that the depth of the product is ~6 inches.

[Employee of ge_appliances] Day one...we love it so far. It took less than an hour to install with helpful guides. The cat likes to explore, so the burner locking feature has already proven valuable.
