Does not heat the pan evenly. Hard to control heat settings, hard to clean the surface. For the money spent to purchase and installation, I am not impressed and not satisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Computer Controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had problems with the controls on the cooktop since it was installed in September. Finally the lock would not release and when the service man came out he said the computer system was gone. This happened right before Thanksgiving which made it difficult to prepare my meal. The installed a new board today. Hopefully this will not happen again!

Great cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my new cooktop. The only thing I’d change is to start the cooktop with louder bells or whatever sounds it has I don’t know because I can’t hear them and increasing volume isn’t user friendly. But cooking on it is wonderful.

Love touch controls & smooth glass surface.

Love the touch controls, easy clean smooth all glass surface, variety of 2 dual burner, a bridge burner for griddle, and easy touch 3 sec. lock. Only worry is no warranty, and if the touch controls, get defective, the module to replacement control board is over 800 bucks, which makes it junk if that happens.
