[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE profile series is truly leading the kitchen industry into the next level. There is no comparison to the innovation this line is providing. This cooktop is so modern, easy to use and progressive. It works with induction technology which means it heats the pan by magnetic fields. I'm not sure of the exact science, but I know the pan gets hot, but the cooktop doesn't. This results in an easy to clean surface because food doesn't burn to it like traditional ones. The touch control sensors are cool and precise and there is even a dual cooking system that allow two burners to be the exact temp allowing one big even cooking area for compatible cookware. This cooktop heats quicker, cleans better and is miles ahead of my old one. I suggest, for using this cooktop to it's full potential, use "induction cookware". This is what it's suited for, but I believe a good way to see if a pan, pot, etc is compatible is if a magnet sticks to the bottom of it, it should work. I don't think I have scratched the surface of all of its ingenuity and it already has impressed me thoroughly. I look forward to all it can do and definitely recommend!

My dream appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Electric GE cooktop Radiant 36" 7000 Level in Black is one of the best appliances I ever had in my home! I had for several years a small cooktop with 4 burners and that was always something I complained about. It was never enough space when I am cooking with my big pans or when I had my family reunions here with everybody in my kitchen cooking. This new GE Cooktop fixed this issue! Plenty of space I have now and the design is simple and super easy to use. This product is beyond elegant and modern adding great value to my kitchen and property. As a new homeowner, I cannot recommend any other cooktop. This one is the best one I ever had. The appliance is electric (better for the environment and lower bills), with 5 oven eyes, and can be connected with an app for me to control it. I love cooking and that is a big part of my culture. I recommend not only the Electric GE cooktop Radiant 36" 7000 Level product but also the brand GE. All my appliances are GE and I would never recommend or get anything different in my kitchen. Long-lasting appliances with the most modern and advanced technology.
