1st time induction stove user, so some learning curve - getting the right size pans and adjusting to the heat settings. We love the stove, cooks things fast and evenly.
I was a die hard natural gas cooktop lover. However, since I cook almost every day, I was doing a lot of cleaning of the grates and the stainless steel deck. After doing much research, I decided to go Induction. Yes that meant investing in some new compatible cookware as well. I really like the increased control of temperature on all 5 cooking positions. I can simmer or boil on all of them. Cooking is much faster as well. Finally, clean up is a breeze. My 36” Profile unit also looks amazing every day. Overall, I don't know what took me so long to make this change. No regrets at all.
My wife seems to like it. It's very good care of it cleaning it every time she uses it. She wasn't too happy in the beginning because of she had to get rid of all or standard cookware but a few weeks into it she really seems excited to cook her special Chinese dishes on it.
