Me gusto mucho, si lo conectas con tu telefono te avisa cada que prendren la estuda, te llegan notificationes, lo unico que no me gusta es que no acepta cualquier sarten, nose de que material tienen que ser
I am not happy with the functionality of this cook top. It seems to only work well on high, but not very well if you just want to simmer food. I am disappointed because my regular glass cook top seemed to work better then the induction cook top. But you don't know until you try it.

We would like to help you with the performance of your cooktop. Please ensure you are using the proper cookware when operating the burners. We recommend using cookware made of magnetic stainless steel, enamel-coated cast iron, enameled steel, or combinations of these materials. You can find additional information in the following article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=34462
If your issue persists after troubleshooting, we recommend scheduling service with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-426-3393 or visiting us online at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
The cooktop is easy to clean, which is a plus. But after only 6 months of use we have permanent scratches in the glass cooktop. We're careful with the cooktop and I'm not sure how we could have avoided the scratches. The surface is too delicate for the intended purpose. I worry about how long it will look good. Way too expensive to be a throw away appliance! The other negative to this appliance is that the controls for temperature are very restrictive. I've yet to figure out how to operate the cooktop at a true medium temperature. The digital control doesn't allow for micro adjustments. It's either above medium or below medium. The digital controls seem to jump in increments of two or three.

We would like to provide some information regarding care and proper cookware for this unit. Make sure the bottoms of cookware are clean before use, and use cookware with smooth bottoms. Additionally, we recommend not sliding pots on the cooktop surface, as this can leave metal markings (these marks are removable using a ceramic cooktop cleaner with a non-scratch cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops). For additional cookware information, you can visit page 16 of the owner's manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--1QveWbal--/df2713f0b787c4ccd2f9c62d7d819d28ea4d4bc9.pdf
We recently upgraded our kitchen with the GE Profile™ ENERGY STAR® 36” Built-In Touch Control Induction Cooktop, and it’s been a fantastic experience from day one.
First, the energy efficiency is noticeable. Our utility bills have already shown a modest improvement, and we appreciate knowing we’re using a more environmentally friendly option compared to older electric or gas cooktops.
The touch controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to adjust heat settings with precision. Whether I’m simmering sauces or searing proteins, I feel completely in control.
One of my favorite things is how low-maintenance this cooktop is. Since the induction surface doesn’t get hot the same way as traditional cooktops, spills don’t burn on. A quick wipe with a soft cloth is all it takes to keep it looking spotless.
Overall, this cooktop is a smart, stylish, and practical choice. Highly recommended if you’re looking for performance with minimal hassle.
Photos are of REPLACEMENT GE Induction Cooktop. Good appearance, clean lines. Original cooktop worked great for a few months, then started turning off (all burners) within a few seconds of turning on. GE had service rep replace most all parts. Still did not work. GE finally provided new cooktop (as replacement on 2/11/25. Without cooktop 1.5 months. Rating for NEW cooktop is 5.
