This induction cooktop is everything we expected, and then some. The controls are easy to use and the cooktop is very quick. It beats both gas and radiant. It looks great too.

It broke after 13 months and GE can’t fix it and won’t replace it. Run as far away from this product as you can.

New Design with Upgraded Features

The new GE Profile 36-Inch Induction Cooktop is much improved over the 2011 version which I accidentally damaged. The new version looks better with stainless edging top and bottom and has better controls for precise temperature control. Also, the two “burners” on the left can be synced to accommodate an oblong roasting pan or a griddle. Can’t wait to start cooking. Thanks, GE.
