Nice layout of burner; Have replacement top coming because one burner malfunctioned. Personally not a huge fan of induction cooking but just getting use to it.

It's a decent induction cooktop, but the price seems to be on the higher side when compared to other options in the market. I don't see any standout features that justify the premium, and I believe I may have paid more than necessary for a product that doesn't offer anything particularly special compared to other induction cooktops.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The controls between the right side controls and lock are hot to the touch when locked and I can’t get the cooktop to unlock. We have to go to our electric panel and reset the fuse in order to get it to work. Less than a month since it was installed. We replaced the last model which I loved. This model has been a big disappointment. Need to call for warranty.

Glass Cracked in 5 Days after Installation - GE In

The cooktop cracked in 5 days from ordinary use. We installed the GE Induction Cooktop Model number PHP9030DTBB, Serial Number - SNAZ131685Q, on 14th Feb 2024, and the glass cracked on 19th Feb. Now we have a crack on the big burner, which we have used for hardly a couple of hours in 5 days.

I have had the cooktop for two days, and so far I am not excited about using it. I have had trouble getting the element to stay on with the induction pans that I bought. They are the correct size, but it doesn't register that the pan is there. It is extremely frustrating!

We'd like to assist you with your cooktop. Along with the proper size, the pans also need to have a flat bottom. Make sure the pans are centered on the corresponding surface element. Also check to see if the controls are set properly. You can try resetting the unit as well.
