Timer alert sound to low

After adjusting the timer alert to Hi I need to be standing over the cooktop in order to hear the alarm .
Please issue a software fix to increase the volume.

Impressed with the sleek look of this cooktop and the reason it was chosen. Just installed today and like the way this cooktop operates and how responsive the controls are to the touch. Very nice.
