Love my new induction cooktop!!

Love my new induction cooktop!! So fast to heat things up, very responsive too. Easy to clean surface which can double as bonus counter space. We can't get the app to synchronize with the cooktop though, that's so far the only downside, but that was a perk, not a requirement.

The controls are too sensitive. It is difficult to get a burner turned on quickly because sometimes you have to work with the touch.

Powerful and attractive

Simple to use and powerful enough to bring a large pot of water to boil easily 5 x faster than a conventional electric cooktop. No knobs or buttons to get cruddy or burnt. The specialized Hestan pans for Sous vide cooking are not available anywhere at the moment and other reviewers have mentioned that they frequently have trouble getting these to work with Bluetooth and the temperature probe. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars.

GREAT COOKTOP

We love this cooktop. We had a induction cooktop for 18 years when we moved to our new house we had to have another one. We particularly like the outline of the pot/pan placement which eliminates the guesswork. Excellent product and I would never have any other type of cooktop. Induction rocks!
