I've had quite a bit of ongoing trouble with this new Netgear mesh router system. It's NOT been super stable over the two months I have owned it and must be regularly re-booted, which has surprised me a great deal. I am sure some buyers have not experienced the problems I've encountered, but I've had enough difficulty that given the very high price for this system, prospective buyers should exercise caution before committing to this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Internet on Orbi!

I have been through ever iteration of Networking solutions and this has been THE BEST Internet experience to date. It's pricey, but worth every penny. I've never seen one buffering in video and the security cameras are giving the smoothest video. The kids haven't complained once about lag. The setup was easy and I love the design. I have mixed and matched black and white satellites according the room decor they are among. Love my Internet with Orbi!

After installing the Orbi Wi-Fi Mesh AXE10000 system we are again covered by WiFi in all areas of our home. We had to add a third satellite to the system to acquire the most robust coverage and speed in all areas. The setup wasn’t as quick and easy as the Utubes described so I called customer support and they were generous with their time assisting with setting up the system however, we’re still unsuccessful and finally resorted to having an independent 3rd party setup the system. The mesh system is functioning as we had expected and we are pleased with the product and the prompt ease of connecting with the service technicians.

Works exactly as advertised! Easily integrated with my network via Ethernet and ensures top speeds in my basement. I now have either the RBRE960 router or a RBSE960 satellite at every level of the house. Two of the three satellites are wired and one is wireless, but they all work together seamlessly.
This is a game changer. We had an older orbi system that we were having trouble with it constantly going off line. This system is fast, covers more square footage, easy to install and connect devices.
This second satellite was added to improve WiFI for the west side of the house. It greatly improved signal to where the Wiz bulb could communicate. Before the bulb would drop signal. I have a multi-level 3600 sq. ft. home and need more signal for the west side. Wish Netgear would have a signal analyzer for optimal placement of the satellite when you purchase the two device mesh system.
