Halo touch fingerprint WiFi enabled smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is a great addition if you are upgrading your home to be smart house enabled. Being able to use your fingerprint to unlock and lock your door is absolutely fantastic!!! This lock was very easy to install, only took about 40 minutes to get it in place. It took a little while longer to program the fingerprints for all of my family members but it was definitely worth it! Great product that I will be recommending to others!!!

Easy install and reliable fingerprint operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Halo is an attractive deadbolt assembly that comes in both a modern and traditional style and either black or satin nickle finish. Hopefully they will offer more finish choices in the future. It is easy to install and can simply replace your existing deadbolt. I found the fingerprint use to be very reliable for both locking and unlocking. You can store two fingerprints for up to 50 users. The lock can also be operated using the Halo phone app or using Alexa or google voice commands which operate through your home wifi. The fingerprint operation works even if your wifi is down and as a final backup there is still a conventional key.
The app use was a bit laggy at times but did always operate. Unfortunately the lock does not operate with third party home automation systems such as homekit or IFTTT. For this reason and for the limited finish options it doesn't get the top rating but is a good lock that should give many people all they need.

Nice lock and great features!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this Halo Touch Smart Lock about two weeks ago and I am loving the convenience and security of it. It was easy to install and only took 10-15 minutes. The parts were in boxes, numbered step by step and the app also shows the steps to install. The app downloaded pretty fast and setup was quick and easy. It did take about 15 minutes for me to connect the bluetooth, but the fingerprint process took less than a minute per person. I really like that I can use my fingerprint not only to unlock the door, but also lock it from the outside. I like that I don't have to worry about the power or wifi going out, because keys are also included. One of my favorite things about this lock, is that it can be locked from a distance. I tested it from three miles away and again from fifteen miles away, I was able to lock the door both times through the app. If I forget to lock the door or don't remember if I did, I can check the app and give myself peace of mind. Another of my favorite things, is the app shows lock history. I know when the door was locked and who used their fingerprint to unlock it. This Halo Touch Smart Lock doesn't only look nice, it gives me a sense of security.

Quick and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is quiet for a "smart" lock. It is very easy to setup and the app isn't too complex for those who are digitally challenged. Also easy to program with lots of options for recognized fingerprints.

This product makes it easy and fun to keep your home, your family, and your belongings safe. This takes security to the next level. It really creates a peaceful and stress-free mindset. I feel safer just knowing this is on my door. As a single, working mother of three, I take pride in knowing my home is safe and secure. The app is great and easy to use even if you are not the most tech-savvy person. (I'm not) I don't have a single negative thing to say about this. Give it a try! 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is awesome you can use the key that comes with it or your fingerprint and you can set up at least 50 fingerprints maybe more. You can also download the app and unlock, or lock your door from your phone and see when it was last locked and unlocked and even get notifications if you choose so. I really like this lock and I highly recommend it!
