Love this fingerprint lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would absolutely recommend this to friends and family! I love that you can program up to 50 fingerprints into it! It makes it so much easier for my children because now they don’t have to keep up with a key to get in the house. They will never get locked out! I love that you can lock and unlock it from your cellphone if a family member needs in that is not in the system! It’s just an awesome lock!

The Halo touch contemporary fingerprint WiFi enabled smart Lock is perfect for my office door. I’m able to keep my office private and also allow code use while never needing to have a key on me to go in and out. The lock moves smoothly and it was easy to install. I definitely recommend.

Amazing Lock Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I was impressed with the easy install, took a very short time. The Kwikset itself is so easy to use. I love the app and being able to ensure I remembered to lock the door that day even if I am not home. I have adult children so no keys to hand out, just added their finger prints. Highly recommend this lockset.

A new take on smart locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a little while before posting this review. I am happy with it. It’s not without its faults. The installation was more difficult then I expected. And you add to the fact that I needed to fix my door first. I had to purchase the warped door kit to make sure the door closes better. Once that was done I followed the directions. It took some time to install the new lock. I did like the ability to register multiple fingers. This is easier then remembering a code, unfortunately the person needs to be at the lock to program. Overall I was impressed. So far the wireless connection has been stable. I do need to see how long the batteries last. In the meantime I will still carry a key as a backup.

Didn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door wouldn't hand properly. I have tried several times to get the door to hand properly to work with my door and it wouldn't work. It kept saying it was jammed when in reality it was not jammed and the door was open. When assessing, the door lock moved smoothly.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. To fix the jamming error, we recommend loosening the small mounting bolts on the interior assembly. Please measure the door frame jamb hole to make sure that it's at least 1 inch deep and is clear of debris, check your door alignment, and perform the manual door handing step below.
1. Open the door and extend the latch to the locked position.
2. Remove the battery pack.
3. Press and HOLD the Program button while reinserting the battery pack—release button once the battery pack is installed. The status LED will flash red and green.
4. Press the Program button once more.
5. The latch bolt will retract about halfway in and then extend to learn the door's orientation.

Seriously a must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am simply amazed by the Halo Touch fingerprint smart lock , it took about 40 minutes to read the instructions and have it installed. It has an app that you download , when you open your door it sends an alert to your phone that your door is unlocked, I don't think I've felt this safe in a long time. The alert I get on my phone is pretty loud so I can hear it in the other room. It has a fingerprint lock , which you can add quit a few people to your lock. The good thing is that it also comes with keys , just in case your WiFi is acting up. The deadbolt is really thick and the lock itself is very well made. Having this smart lock has made me feel safe enough to sleep through the night without worrying about my families safety.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the oast several years we have added many smart products to our home. We have looked at many door locks in the past to add to our home and haven't found one we liked with all the features we were looking for. This Kwikset Halo Touch checked all our boxes. The contemporary look and finish matched the current knob that we have, it is easily integrated into our Google Home system. The packaging and instructions made installation easy for a homeowner with some basic knowledge of locks and door hardware. Each step of the directions was clearly marked and the corresponding hardware was marked each in their own boxes. The app was very user friendly and gave great step by step directions for setting up the smart features of the lock. The Fingerprint scanner is a great quality and does not allow for other erroneous prints to open the lock. Overall this is an amazing smart home product that I recommend to anyone looking to add a smart lock to their home.
