Biggest waste of money ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago; loved the idea of verifying the door was locked from anywhere. I really liked the idea of opening it with your thumb for my children! None of it works. The app freezes and loses "connection" every other day. The thumb print only works for the first day. One of my worst purchases in a very long time. Save your money and keep your keys!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are still experiencing the fingerprint reader not reading your print correctly, we suggest reprogramming your fingerprints on the lock with clean, dry hands, ensuring the fingerprint is place over the reader to cover it as much as possible. Horrible Product - DO NOT BUY

App is very buggy and crashes all the time. Cannot unlock or lock door remotely even though its connected to via. It keeps saying lock is offline. Battery drain is really bad and they only last about a week even though there is an inch of clearance between deadbolt. I am on my second lock and still having the same issue of battery drain and not being able to lock or unlock when I am away from the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3. Make sure the jamb hole is at least 1 inch deep and perform the manual door handing process:

LOCKED OUT

This lock did not work as designed and the replacement had the same issue. I was locked out of my house a few times after they stopped recognizing my fingerprints. The replacement even disconnected from my internet service causing me to call for another replacement which I hope will work. I do have a competitors lock on the front door which has not given me any issue since installation,.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This lock only works on thickets from doors and no way to make it work on a older standard front door 👎

Easy to install!

I really love this fingerprint lock! One of my kids always losses her house keys, so now she doesn’t have to worry anymore! Any fingerprint can lock the door but only the fingerprints you save can unlock it. I added my mom and sisters to it and can turn off their access whenever I want to. It really came in handy when we went on vacation recently and my mom needed to put our mail and packages inside for us. I did buy the matching door handle to complete the look.

Strong, sleek smart lock

I am so excited about my new smart lock! It has made my life so much easier, and has the whole family feeling more secure. This has several cool features and you can add up to 50 people! The app is amazing and is really easy to navigate- it gives you the option to set certain dates and times for certain people to have access to your home! If you have staff or a housekeeper for example, you can say their prints to only allow them access on the days and times that they should be there. You are also able to remotely lock and unlock your door, which for us has been really helpful when we are out of town and randomly need a family member to feed our pets or check on things. This has absolutely exceeded all expectations! This has features and options I didn't know I needed until I had them! This is a very well made, easy to install, simple to use, strong, sleek and amazing smart lock ! I would very much recommend picking one up- this lock does not disappoint! Check it out!
