This product is probably by far, the worst product we purchased as first time parents. The level of difficulty to open the unit for refilling water is insane and not to mention they really should have a window so you can see when the water level is low, rather than finding out midway through when the bottle isn't warming!!! Additionally, even when the water IS filled all the way, the inconsistency in warming is SO FRUSTRATING... especially at 3 in the morning with a crying baby. If you're deciding between a couple of bottle warmers, go with the other one. This isn't it!!

horrible! only bought 3 days ago and has completely stop working. the water just disappears and leaks all over my table without even warming the bottle! now my son has to wait longer for his bottle! pathetic

Works greats just is slow

I have 2 different bottle warmers this one and another one. Fir a freezer bottle they both were lit the faster but if the bottle is thaw out this one takes 4 mins and 30 seconds and the other ones takes 3 mins. Other then that it warms up a bottle great! My grandma loves using it because it's faster then the water or microwave when she watching my daughter. Other then that ita a great bottle warmer

I put 5oz of frozen breast milk in this warmer and put it on the correct settings according the instructions and my milk came out boiling!

First of all, the line you have to fill your distilled water you can barely see it, make it a coloured line. Second it's so hard to twist off to open it to fill and reseal it, especially when having to top it off constantly. Third it doesn't warm it up enough. 6:30mins to heat up fridge temp 4oz is nuts when it's barely lukewarm. Have this for grandson, and the ones I remember using warmers back in the 90s when I babysat as a teen
