Absolutely TERRIBLE

Been using it for about 2 months, after 1 month, it continuously says “H2O Error” I’ll dump the water out fill it with new fresh water and it continuous to say “H2O Error” it’s gotten so bad it will say it 3-4 times before it will heat the bottle. ABSOLUTE JUNK WASTE OF MONEY
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Heated Temperature

We were gifted this warmer and have been using it for the last week and absolutely LOVE it. We strictly feed frozen milk. Thawing milk has always been such a chore with our old warmer. The milk temperature would be inconsistent or we'd forget we were warming milk. We no longer have these problems with the MilkSPA! Each frozen pouch is warmed to the perfect temperature and the timer and auto shut off lets us know the milk is ready without over heating it. I recommend this warmer to anyone and everyone now!

Such a Relief

We used Dr. Brown's bottles for our LO so this warmer was a no-brainer. It's been such a relief knowing that my milk's nutrients are being maintained by warming it evenly. I love being able to warm milk right from the bags in my freezer. We keep the reference chart next to the warmer and the pre-sets make it easy to follow and use. I feel completely comfortable having others warm the milk too. The warmer beeps when it's the right temperature. This has been a great feature since I'm often doing multiple things at once. Great warmer!

Worst bottle warmer

I received this as a gift at my baby shower and was thrilled, the first few times we used it it worked great. After just 1 week of us using it it began to show h2o error, we replace the water and it will work a few times and then it’ll show error again. It is also inconsistent, sometimes it heats the bottle up perfectly and most of the time the milk is still cold even after 3 tries. It took about 30 mins to heat the bottle. I would not purchase this or recommend to a friend

Sturdy, easy to open, doesn’t leak!

I’ve used the milk spa along with their storage bags for a couple days now. It’s sturdy and durable, very comparable to other brands but most importantly, it doesn’t leak. Other brands I’ve tried leak maybe 1/10 of the time, but so far I haven’t had any issues with these. They’re easy to open especially when you freeze them. It fits perfectly in the warmer and I didn’t find that it took a long time. I’m considering switching my storage bags to dr. Brown after trying these out. It’s a win!

Inconsistent

Sometimes the reservoir fills up and boils to heat the bottles and then (on the same setting) sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t think we’ve gotten 2 bottles the same temperature. It usually takes multiple runs to actually heat the bottle. We tried upping the ounces setting but with the inconsistency of the boiling water sometimes the second run doesn’t do anything. A very small amount of warm water will be left on the bottom but it never fills up and boils.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product easy to use!

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try, and I love it, it saves me time I can do other things while the milk is getting warm like getting my baby ready por bed ,its easy to clean easy to use ,the Instructions are easy to follow , all measurements needed easy to use and understand , it notifies you when milk is wam , you can heat up breast milk, formula ,regular milk, you can heat on glass or plastic bottles it will not over heat you can also heat baby food in a jar or pouch its a great product simple and easy tu use , it is safe to use on frozen , refrigerated or room temperature foods , using this on my 4th baby ,if I had known about this product before I would have gotten it sooner I recommend this product

It’s SUPPOSED to be slow!

I’m baffled by all the people complaining that this thing is slow. It being slow is entirely the point.
It warms up breast milk slowly in accordance with the CDC/USDA’s recommendation on how to preserve the highest level of nutrients. You know how fast that is? It’s not fast. It’s slow.
If you care more about your convenience than your baby’s nutrition, go get one of the thousands of other options that focus on fast. Dr. Brown even makes some!
