Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try for free in exchange for my review. After receiving and trying this warmer our for a little over a week I can say it was adequate. I warmed breastmilk in this warmer, and felt it warmed unevenly at times. I tried to shorten the time to see if that helped, but it just seemed sometimes it was good and the next time not warm enough. I would say caution to not use the max function as it is hot hot. I did like all the different functions on the warmer and it can be used for different bottles. It was better than other bottle warmers I have used in the past. It is worth a try if looking for a bottle warmer.

Works Well for Warm Milk.

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product for free in exchange for an honest review. That being said, I have never used a bottle warmer before, and this is my 3rd child.
Pros: -The milk can get very warm. I usually warm my bottles at the sink, so they're always lukewarm, but this makes them very warm.
-Can warm milk from frozen, in a bag, saving a lot of time and helping when in a pinch.
-Customization: I love the different settings that adjust for bottle size and fresh vs frozen milk
-Appearance: It looks really nice on the counter.
Cons: -Having to remove the Dr. Brown vent to warm the bottle. I store milk in the drinking bottles, so this requires me to disassemble the bottle in the middle of the night just to warm it. This means I have to set the baby down to remove the vent before warming, which increases his screaming time. I also have to set the vent on a paper towel to prevent getting milk all over the counter. If I didn't store my milk in Dr. Brown bottles, this wouldn't be an issue. Since I do, it just makes warming inconvenient and adds an extra step and extra time when I'm already tired at night and baby is crying.
-Counterspace: Since I'm used to warm water, this removed some of my usual counterspace. However, if you were used to a bottle warmer, then this would be no different.
-Replacing the water daily: You need to replace the water in the machine daily, and it recommends distilled water. To me, that's an extra cost/inconvenience. However, I have never used a bottle warmer before, so maybe this is standard procedure, I don't know.
Both a Pro and Con:
-Timing: I feel that this still takes a long time for me. I'm used to using a cup of warm water to warm the bottle. This definitely cuts down the time by about 30% for me, since I only use lukewarm milk. Even 30% less time is significant when your baby is screaming in hunger. It is probably a big time saver if you usually make your milk very warm. However, since I don't make mine as warm, it didn't save enough time for me to warrant taking up my limited counter space.
Overall, I feel like it has amazing customization settings and makes the milk really warm. If I ever need to use frozen milk, I would definitely use this.
It does save some time, which is nice.
The biggest drawbacks to me are having to remove the vent from the bottles before warming and having to purchase distilled water for the machine. These 2 reasons mean I won't use this on a regular basis. If these two settings were changed, II would probably iusethis regularly since it does make the milk nice and warm with 30% less time (which is significant when baby is crying loudly at night). For now, however, I have limited counterspace. I also hate having to put baby down while crying, as it takes 2 hands to remove the vent from the bottle before warming. I will probably just pull this out when I need to warm frozen bags of milk.

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try and I LOVE it. I have used several different brands/types of Bottle Warmers and this one surpasses them all. It's so easy to use, works like a charm, and is holding up strong so far!

I was able to try the Breast Milk warmer and it was a very well made product! It kept me reassured that the breast milk would be at the perfect temperature! Usually I would just warm up the milk bottle in boiling water, but this kept my mind at ease knowing it would not end up too hot! Of course I would test the milk on my arm before feeding, but it made feedings go by much quicker and smoother than waiting for boiling water and then cooling to drinkable temp for my baby!

Great for glass bottles

Like others have said, this warmer is super slow to heat milk. Whether it be fridge temp or frozen it takes a long time. I had an older model that had the lid and that worked way better, but my daughter only takes the wide-neck bottles and they don't fit in the normal warmer and neither do the bags.

Milk Destroyer (zero stars, if possible)

On the first attempt to use the machine, I received the Err H20 message, so, in accordance with the instructions, I double checked the water level, and topped up a tiny bit to just above the fill line (previously, it was exactly in line with the fill line). On the next attempt, no error was shown, however, boiling water overflowed from the top each time the machine heated up during the warming cycle. At the end, I checked the temperature of the breast milk, and it was 65 degrees C (149 degrees F), well above the recommended serving temperature and the temperature where nutrition is destroyed in breast milk. The bottle was even too hot to touch. I had to throw way the breast milk and warm new breast milk (not using the Milk SPA). For reference, I did follow the directions exactly and correctly selected a glass bottle, milk from the fridge, 90 ml of milk and confirmed the resulting time with the time shown in the instruction manual for these options. The bottle used was a Dr. Brown's Options+ Anti-Colic 150 ml glass bottle.
