The battery only lasts up to two hours at 100% dies immediately within those two hours. I only use it for about 30 minutes from work purposes. I do not recommend if you plan on traveling. It’s not an investment. It’s just like a 30 minute backup plan.

Good product but buggy software

I use it everyday and it's an extremely useful device.
I reboot it twice a day, sometimes more, otherwise it will "hang" and stop responding to the point where I can't even reboot it. It seems to overheat quite often, and that seems to contribute to it hanging.

Worked great for about a month

We have had the nighthawk for roughly 3 months. It worked great for about a month, now it randomly cuts the hotspot off and the service sucks on it. It also has an awful lag on the touch screen. When you tap on an option it takes several seconds for the device to respond. Don’t waste your money! We are looking to find a different company and device to go with.

It works sometimes

Got this for internet service out in the country, I also got t-mobile. The att got me good connection speed is good at times. Other times it lags bad cant stream with it very well. My 4g hotspot on my phone works better for streaming. The att is capped at 50g of data, when your streaming that isnt enough. The t-mobile I got isnt 5g but it works better than the att. The wifi in the house is much better also. I get 100g for same price as 50g. I am going to be returning this att device

Was Great for a Month

UPDATE—-
It worked fine no issues for a month, seamless download and upload speeds, no packet loss or latency issues. Now it is a month into having the hotspot with ATT, and I am lagging in my game. Packet loss is so high that I can’t properly enjoy the game, and now it can’t be returned. I have tried factory resetting it, rebooting, etc. Oh, and the packet loss is happening with ONLY 1 device connected. I’m not sure if it is ATT throttling or if it is the device itself, but I’m starting to wish I hadn’t invested in this for gaming. I still have over 80 gigs of high speed data, so it’s not that I’m using too much data. May be good for browsing the web, and watching videos. I hate that this has happened when it’s too late to return it.
