Charger is awkward and difficult keep connected. The watch has unpaired from my phone and won't reconnect and it loses time

Dead on arrival

The watch is attractive on the outside only. The strap feels cheap. The charge only lasted less than an hour after it was fully charged. The magnetic charging points are not good and hard to hold the connection.
