It's basic, that's why I went with it. The notification vibration isn't really strong enough to feel, and the watch seems to loose contact with my phone and stops notifying at least once per day. As the notification function was my main reason for trying this watch, it's a letdown that it is the weak point of the watch for me.
The pulse, pulse ox, sleep, and exercise tracking functions all seem to work well enough. Again, they're very basic, which is a plus for me. The alarm function works well too. I wish the text and app notifications were similar to the alarm vibration which is much stronger.

Overall good watch for the value. The graphics are budget but overall everything works together well. Fits what I wanted, a watch to connect to my phone without paying any monthly fees so thank you Timex.
