This grinder was phenomenal at first, but after roughly 30-40 uses, the “anti-static” feature no longer works. Grinds fly everywhere and stick to both the machine and the cup. At the same time, the grinder keeps jamming up. Now I need to beat on the side of it to dislodge stuck beans so it’ll keep grinding. It’s Frustrating. I regret selling my old grinder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear about your experience with your Ode Grinder. If you're experiencing jamming issues, we recommend the following maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Clean the burr chamber thoroughly, as demonstrated here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSY8mqLb0I4
- Recalibrate the burrs for a fresh start, as demonstrated here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irzMw4UcTfY
- Start the Ode before adding beans.
- If grinding more than 30g or using dark/oily beans, divide the dose into smaller, slower pours.
If this doesn't help, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at hello@fellowproducts.com for further assistance. We're here to help!
I really didn’t think the taste of my coffee would be so much better than my hand grinder but the v60 quality I get from the Ode2 is just awesome. I could tell since it was same coffee same water and as close a grind setting as I could get. I am so pleased with my coffee experience and the Ode2 has taken me to the next level.
I've had the Ode Gen 2 grinder for about a month and it's been great! We'll see how it holds up in the long term, but in the short term I have no regrets about upgrading to this grinder.
