The Ode Gen 2 is a massive upgrade from my previous grinder. After about a month with it I can definitely say I made a great decision buying this.
I generally stick with the drip machine that I have but I dabble with the occasional V60 and French Press. Dialing in this machine took a few brews but once I found that sweet spot, it made a world of difference to my morning coffee experience.
Even after reading other reviews and having an idea of traits for the machine, I was blown away by how quiet it runs. I don't have any issues with static or mess related to the cup and knocker. I do grind darker beans often and find that I need to clean the shute with the brush more than recommended but still have 0 issues with grounds getting everywhere or any type of grind inconsistencies.
If you're comfortable with the price range, this is an excellent grinder that I have already recommended to numerous people.

I opted for the SSP MP burr upgrade, and so far I am getting great results. I really love the clarity this grinder and burr combo provides.

I have really enjoyed using the Ode Gen 2 grinder. It is relatively quiet and mess free. I installed a set of Gorilla Gear burrs and the resulting brew has been fantastic. It performs well above its price point.
Coming from an older conical burr grinder, my first grind out of the gate with the Ode 2 was notable for a couple of reasons. First, my pour-over drained consistently and uniformly, without any muddiness at the end of the pour. Second, I tasted so much more complexity in those beans than I did the day before on my previous grinder. I love how quiet it runs, and the magnetic catch and grinds knocker are such nice touches. It does sometimes take many knocks to really get every bit of retained grounds out, but overall retention is very low. Very happy with this grinder and excited to get the most out of the beans I choose going forward.
It does exactly what it says, makes single-dose to 100g filter coffee like a boss! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the grind quality since using this. Way less fines, clearer flavors than my previous setup. Perfect step up from a cheaper grinder to bring out those vibrant fruity flavors.

Upgraded my decade old Baratza for the Gen 2 with upgraded burrs. Wow is all I can say. The footprint of the device is a little "deeper" ie back to front, but it's got a beautiful low profile and it's also much quieter. One other positive is that its very neat and tidy ... have yet to spill any coffee grounds pulling the hopper out.
I just upgraded my Ode Brew Grinder Gen 1 with a Gen 2 + upgraded burrs. The grind itself is better across all of the different settings I've tried, but it is noticeably noisier than my Gen 1, which I wasn't expecting. There is a high pitched whirring during the grind which is annoying to me. It's also new, so maybe that sound will fade with wear. In the end it's about the grind, and this upgrade impressed.
