Great support and trustworthy warranty

I had issues with my Odde grinder 7-8 months after I purchased it. I was pretty upset bc I liked the speed and grind quality of my Odde. After submitting a claim to Fellow, they gave me a few pointers to troubleshoot and when it did not work they were quick in sending me a new replacement. I was using an old grinder and oh boy, what a delicious relief it was to drink my cup of coffee again. Gotta say also that the auto shut off at the end of grinding is a huge plus specially when in a hurry in the morning.
Thank you Fellow for standing by your products . It makes the investment so much more worth it! Cheers to a great cup of coffee.

So far so good. So good, I think it is the best. I've had it about a week and have put it through some steady work. Not as quiet as I would like, but not super loud. One of the best coffee purchases I've made.

Grinder upgrade

The Ode gen 2 is such a great grinder. Powerful and quiet. The workflow is simple and easy. Love the magnetic catch cup. It’s such an upgrade in the flavor profile of my coffee. Just a wonderful upgrade from a cheap old grinder I was previously using.

This is a replacement for my old Kitchenaid bean grinder. There is no comparison between the two. The Ode is much nicer.
