I like the gen 2

I like the gen 2 very much, but you really need to fix that lid. It makes the grinder feel not finished. The coffee collector lid is kinda lame too, and the chutes are unneeded, I don’t mean to be overly critical, but you spent a lot of time researching gen 2 improvements the fit and finish needs some minor tweaks for the grinder to “ exceed expectations “

It jammed. It never worked without jamming. We would run it and within 10 seconds it jammed. 20-60 min to clear the jam and it jammed again immediately.

I’m shocked out how Fellow was about to give us both form and function with the Ode Gen 2. It is a beautiful grinder, but more than that, it is so quiet, so fast, and so clean. My first month with it has been an absolute dream (especially for my white countertops).
The very few cons: The grind guide under the lid has yet to like up with any coffees I’ve had, so I don’t use it because it seems very wrong. I wish the lid was deep enough to weigh my beans in—I know you can weigh in the metal cup, but it’s just never clean enough. And the little brush it comes with is so small that I’m not entirely sure what it’s even good for.
Overall, the Ode Gen 2 is a dream for home brewers who know enough about coffee to be dangerous, but don’t care enough about being an at-home barista. Though, all of my coffee friends love this grinder, too.

I would prefer it if you either provided a matching bellow instead of the knocker, which i find is almost completely useless. I mean after one knock, almost nothing comes out. I have to turn the grinder on and tap the top of the ode while its turned on to get additional retention out. If you don’t provide bellows with purchase, at least provide one as an optional purchase.
Also i am nit picking here, and this is purely about aestheticsc but my white ode grinder should have came with a white cleaning brush.
Other than that, fantastic. Thank you.

This is without a doubt the finest consumer non espresso grinder I’m aware of in the market place. Given the durability of the upgraded burrs one could argue it is a prosumer product. You will notice the difference with the first cup from this grinder. I would happily purchase again. 10/10 recommendation.

Very pleased with the design and features. Very easy to use! Low noise level for a grinder and love the auto shutoff. Thought it would be a hassle to grind beans each morning but I actually look forward to using it.

I really like the ode gen 2 grinder because it is very easy to use and the guide on the lid is very helpful as well. The grinder looks great and I am very pleased with my purchase.
