This machine showed me just how much I'd taken grinding for granted. The consistency and accuracy has opened up so much in taste, potential brew methods, and even the coffee I choose. A big bonus is that I don't get the static mess I endured with Gen 1. The larger hopper is welcomed and the design remains on point. I'm happily entrenched in the Fellow coffee ecosystem.

Compact and sturdy machine. Heavy, which tells me it isn’t breaking anytime soon! Purchased for use in our coffee booth. Goes well with the rest of the Fellows products we bought and sell in our shop!
