Jams like crazy

I honestly was so excited for this grinder and it has been frustrating beyond belief. I have only used specialty light-medium roast coffee for the past 3 months and it has jammed more times than I can count. I've followed Fellow's unjamming videos on youtube, which help... for a few days. I'm just at a loss with how annoying dealing with these issues has been. The coffee tastes great, but not great enough to deal with the headache. Maybe I've gotten unlucky with this product because the reviews don't reflect my experience with the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid grinder!

This is a very solid grinder and one that is designed well and is aesthetically pleasing on the counter next to your EKG. Is it the best grinder ever … no. Like all things that get daily use, you have to give it some routine maintenance. If you don’t clean the grounds from the magnetic receptacle every once in a while, yeah … they tend to accumulate and then make a mess, but hey … that’s the coffee station in my house anyway! I will say it’s very quiet, and the auto stop feature is nice so as not to damage the burrs. Does it jam? Yep. All grinders will jam if you don’t some routine maintenance. Your mileage may vary, but for me I have had two jams in the last 18 months and that’s without a strict cleaning regimen.

Decent grinder - pretty, quiet, and accurate

Fairly quiet, pretty accurate grind size. Takes up more counter space than I thought, so check the dimensions. However, it's really beautiful so I leave it on the counter next to my Chemex anyway. It does leave behind grinds despite the anti-static technology and magnetic features. I would expect any grinder to leave behind some amount of mess, though.

Big upgrade from the false burr grinder I had before. Low enough retention that I don't weight the output and a uniform grind size. Over all very happy with purchase.

quicker than my Orphan Lido II manual - and super clean looks and works

Love this item. No chaff or spoils post grind. Everything goes in cup. I do 20-25 grams max per grind on pour overs only. Takes about 7 seconds.
This grinder matches my Fellow Scale, Kettle and vac canisters perfectly and has nailed the morning routine.

Love this grinder. Fine enough for espresso and consistent enough grind for perfect pour-overs. Great (and maybe the only) all-purpose grinder in this price-range. Retention isn't as big of an issue for me using RDT. Definitely recommend.
