Love this kettle for making my pour overs in the morning. The feature that keeps it at a specific temp for an hour is perfect for our household, as my husband gets up before me. And it looks good too.

Quality has gone down noticeably, price stays high

Quality control has gone down on these as they presumably continue to scale production but the price hasn't changed. The new one I got has a very loose fitting lid compared to the old one which harms insulation and just feels flimsy. Not what you want from a premium product. Plus they charge a 15% restocking fee???? I'd look elsewhere.
