Quality has gone down noticeably, price stays high

Quality control has gone down on these as they presumably continue to scale production but the price hasn't changed. The new one I got has a very loose fitting lid compared to the old one which harms insulation and just feels flimsy. Not what you want from a premium product. Plus they charge a 15% restocking fee???? I'd look elsewhere.

Fantastic kettle, easily the best I've used. Great, consistent flow rate, heats quickly and maintains temperatures accurately and for a long time. It also looks nice on my coffee bar.

Love my kettle :) use it every morning to make a pour over. Used the Stagg EKG for pour overs at the cafe I worked at and then at home when my roommate had one. Had to buy one for myself when the roomie moved out.. The flow rate is wonderful and easy to control. Love being able to set and hold the temp. Beautiful design as well :)

This kettle is aesthetically gorgeous and functionally not far behind. It heats up the water quickly and pours cleanly and consistently.
My problem with this kettle is that the button does not always register. Most times I have to press the on/off button two or three times before it actually turns on or off. Despite that it is still worth using.
