Love it! Cord is a little messy though.

I love how quickly this kettle works and it's so pretty! Perfect for pour-over but ya'll knew that. My only critique is the cord, which is very thick and an awkward length if you are keeping it on a countertop next to an outlet. Some way to store excess cord in the base, etc. would be a great step towards better cable control!

Hard to justify the cost

Pro really is not worth the extra price, a couple techy improvements but limited color options. The improvements are simply things I wouldn’t of been surprised to see in the first kettle. If I could go back I would just stick to the base EKG and been able to get white.

I have burned my hand on the steam hole, foolishly located inside the depressed lid. It’s also shockingly small and I need refill it twice a day. The scheduling never seems to work or stay turned on.

The kettle itself if terrific

The kettle itself if terrific for pour over coffee. I love the design of the kettle, how the weight is balanced by the handle design. The base with the button and dial has a totally nonsensical user interface that is poorly documented and difficult to use correctly. If I had to buy again, I would not get the Pro version.

It heats the water quickly

It heats the water quickly and I like that it holds the temp so you’re not rushed. When you remove it and set it back it seems to heat back to set point kind of slow. Although pretty pricy, I’m glad I got it.
