Vacuum Canister does not work

I purchased this and brought it home to Mexico City only to find out the Matte Black canister is not working. I´ve looked at every video there is on how to activate the vacuum, but it just doesn´t. Is there any recommended repair service in Mexico City?

Electric Kettle and have done so for a long time. I wanted to share my love of your product with my son and his family. I love the design style of the kettle. Now my whole family owns one (my other son purchased one for his he and his family after using mine). All are happy customers.

After decades of drinking “coffee,” I finally learned it’s supposed to taste this wonderful!
Pour-over is the only way to go, and Stagg EKG Electric Kettle is the ONLY way to get there! Flawless functionality and beautifully designed! There is no bite or acidic taste to my coffee. Each pour is a full-bodied coffee with the finish so smooth! Salute:heart:️Fellows

I enjoy the design because it is modern and architectural and I find it very inspiring to use. I've always felt a bit of a hippie or my grandma using a conventional kettle. I also like the heating options so I can make tea spot on!

Perfect kettle for people who love great coffee and tea

This is an amazing kettle. Coming from a Hario (we still like it) on our stove, this thing heats up so much faster…and then there’s the precise temperature control. My wife drinks a lot of teas as well as coffee so it’s awesome to be able to set a specific temperature without having to adjust it with a thermometer and cold water. What can I say - we are nerds. We love it and it looks great on our counter and we use it multiple times every day.
