Most Appreciated Gift I’ve Ever Given

This kettle exceeded my expectations in style, function and convenience. It was a gift for my husband, who tends to buy himself gadgets on a whim, but he hadn’t thought of this yet. SCORE for me! It’s so nice to have a hot drink in minutes and for it to hold at your desired temperature for an hour in case you’re walking the dog before the pour.

Ergonomic, Practical, Beautiful Gooseneck Kettle

I upgraded from the stovetop Stagg (which I already loved) and am incredibly happy and impressed with the EKG. Being able to dial in the exact temperature is fantastic for coffee geeks like myself. I was honestly shocked at how fast the EKG heats up as well.
Being a Fellow product, it's a given that this is both a stunning and ergonomic piece of equipment to have on your countertop. I went with the stone blue and maple color. It's truly gorgeous. The ergonomics are basically flawless. Just like the stovetop Stagg, the balance, feel, and control are amazing, especially for pourovers.
I only have two very minor complaints:
One is that dialing in the temperature with the kettle on the base is very slightly awkward as the kettle sits so close to the control knob. The other is that, on my kettle at least, the maple handle and knob are not close matches at all. The handle is a striking bright solid white maple and the lid knob is a very cool looking darker maple with much more prominent grain so the two wood pieces look slightly mismatched. Personally, this isn't something that bothers me at all though as I suppose that's to be expected with, and part of the charm, of a natural material like wood.
Having said that, neither of these issues impact how much I love this kettle. Fantastic piece of coffee-making equipment!

Love the speed and ease at which it works. I’m using it for sencha and matcha and sometimes gyokuro so dialing in the right temperature is wonderful, and it looks great.

I love my FELLOW! I have been drinking a ton of tea and it is great that I can set it to a different temperature for green and herbal. It took me forever to buy a teapot because I could not find one nice enough to leave out on the counter. This one is so pretty!
