Third one I’ve owned. Not because my first has a problem, but because I purchased one for my and one for my wife’s workplaces. Never had one issue with my first in the last 3 years… and I use it nearly every day. A near perfect product

Love The modern look sitting

Love The modern look sitting on my coffee station but most of all the spout is crazy Awesome for control of water flow in pouring, precise temperature in quick timely manner. The wooden handle is very comfortable in holding while you pour. If I were to add anything at all to this perfect kettle …for convenience sake…it would be a small window to check the level at which the water is at.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I left it in the box it was shipped in without opening it and wrapped it. When she got the kettle home and tried to use it, it did not work. I am very disappointed. It would be nice if there was a phone number you could call and actually talk to a real person to remedy the issue.

I love being able to set my water temperature and then have it hold it for an hour. So easy to use and looks great on my counter. I loved mine so much, I purchased one as a gift for a family member.
