CHIME FAIL

Upgraded for the chime specifically and I set it up to find that THE CHIME IS A *SINGLE* BARELY AUDIBLE CHRIP even when turned up to 10... all I want is to be able to hear when my water is ready but this does not fix the problem at all and I am SO disappointed. 😭

I returned my beautiful kettle. The design is incomparable, but the smell even right out of the box was off-putting. When I boiled water, the smell permeated my kitchen and lasted for a few hours. Fellow could not guarantee a replacement would be odor-free. They did give me a full refund. But I was deeply disappointed.

The kettle unable to sense the base.. It is at base but it doesnt heat up or do anything.

The kettle unable to sense the base.. It is on the base but it doesnt heat up or do anything unlike my other kettle.. Hope this is just a defective one and does not happen often. I like the design but hopefully there is a quality control with these product…

Beautiful, fast, fun

I only recently found out about Fellow products, a couple of months ago. I first purchased from a 3rd party retailer, not realizing the Stagg came in different colors! So I had to return so I could buy this one, it's so beautiful in my kitchen.
Aesthetics aside, the design of the pour is perfect, something that you don't often see in gooseneck designs. Inevitably there's always water left at the bottom below the pour line, but I don't have that issue with this one, idk how but it empties really well. Super fast boiling, by the time I've ground my beans and put them in my pour over filter it's done. Silent, and the stay mode is really nice. The little secret built-in game is an absolute delight, I actually have played it a couple of times. Nice touch.
Overall, I really think this is worth the expense, it can be hard to take a big plunge like this cost but I don't regret it at all. Brings me visual happiness, it's lightweight and efficient, and generally takes the chore out of making coffee by hand when the boil doesn't take any time at all. Buy it!

Display stops working

I've used this most days since I purchased it a little over 2 years ago. Now, the display has stopped working which means I have no idea what temp the water is. This is a big deal because the selling point for me was being able to control the temp for various teas.

Massively improved home set up great product

I bought this a month ago to upgrade my home set up (was previously using a regular kitchen kettle) and it is as amazing as the reviews suggest. Super clean, easy to use, super accurate for perfect pouring! My only complaint is the tiniest of things, when I set the temperature it sometimes heats up to 1 degree too hot, if I set to 91 Celsius it sometimes heats up to 92. That’s my only complaint! Amazing product
I would recommend this to a friend!
